Missing Manger...

Every year my parents set up a little nativity for the Christmas holidays. However, the other day I realized there was no Baby Jesus in the nativity. I noticed this morning (Christmas) that Baby Jesus was in there. My sister enlightened me that my stepdad brings out Baby Jesus on Christmas day - because "why would anyone put Baby Jesus in the nativity BEFORE Christmas?" I find this to be true, but slightly odd, but understandable...
