Down by the banks

I saw these lily pads in San Diego, and it got me thinking: do frogs really sit on these? I remember when I was a kid we always use to watch a cartoon of these frogs jumping on lily pads...but when I actually see lily pads it seems impossible they can actually hold up frogs.

I found the clip on Youtube. The fact that I was able to find this clip makes me love Youtube even more. Enjoy.
