I am so excited, I have discovered a whole new way to waste time on the world wide web:


Yup, you guessed it -- the classic and brilliant game of The Oregon Trail. Another way to have fun reliving a totally awesome computer game back in the day... In case you're not familiar with this game, the goal is to get across country with your family in a wagon, with your oxen, and make sure the fam stays alive. Will you ford the Big Blue River with your wagon, or leave it behind? Will your daughter die of measles? Will you run out of food, supplies, and ammo before you get to the next town? What will the weather be like?? Find out by playing...
PS...be careful...after playing for a short while on my first game, I got this message:

You have died of starvation. Toughen up, and try again!

Tragic. I don't think I've ever actually ever won a game of Oregon Trail...
