Who knew that you could actually pop corn from a corncob?! Yes, yes I know it all originally comes from a cob, but who had the brilliant idea to throw a corncob on a fire and wait 2 minutes until something happened?! That person is brilliant.

So, when I was in Waynesville, OH a few weeks ago I purchased corn on a cob ready to be popped -- and here is the result:



Amazing! It makes me love corn even more than I already do!
